The Customer accepts, on placement of their order, the Conditions of Sale set out below.

French law is applicable to all affairs made in connection with the current site and any use of services offered.

Products are guaranteed to conform to European standards
It si possible that some products may deviate from this standard by reason of the personal nature of the product in which case mentioned is made in the description of the product.
Tendre-Calin France cannot be held responsible for any faults on behalf of the producers
The photos and designs appearing on the site and in the catalogues have no contractual value.
2- ORDERS
The automatic registration process forms proof of the order placed. The sale is regarded as concluded once confirmation of the order has been received at the given clients address. If the address is incorrect the order will be cancelled.
3- PRICES and TAXES
The prices shown on the site are in euros. It is possible however, to pay in other currencies.
The products are billed inclusive of VAT in France and other countries. It is the clients responsibility to pay all taxes and customs costs in thier own country.
4-PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in euros with the possible methods being:
By cheque (French)
By Bank transfer in France and Spain along with the order number as reference.
By credit card via secure PAYPAL
5- SECURITY
Payments by PAYPAL are secure. At no point do we gain access to your confidential payment details.
Payment by credit card or bank transfer will not be considered complete until the bank has cleared the funds. In case of refusal the order will be auttomatically cancelled and the client informed by email.
For payments by cheque (France only), the order will not be dispateched unitl funds have cleared.
6- DELIVERY
It is possible to have your order delivered to another address. Indicating « I wish to send a gift » with your order is all that is necessary. The cost of delivery is dependant on weight and destination.

Deliveries will be made within 48 hours in France
The passing of delivery to a transporter will not change the rights of the client.. Delivery to mailboxes is not possible.
9- RETURNS
Customers in France have up to 7 days after delivery to make returns.
All merchandise should be returned in its original condition.
The costs of returns is borne by the purchaser.
10- RIGHTS
Conforming to the data protection act of 1978 you have the right of access to information held about you.
I am happy to receive propositions made by TC by telephone, mail or email.
If I do not wish to receive this information I must write to TC indicating my name, address and customer reference number.
11- POTENTIAL DISPUTES
